Plans are maps that guide you on a journey of change. Develop a clear and percise plan all the way from the day, the hour even down to the minutes it will take you to do it. At the end of the week, you’ll feel successful knowing you met your goal.
4. CHANGE ONE BEHAVIOR AT A TIME
Change is not fun and can sometimes be very difficult. So think of only one behavior that you need to change that may hender you from making major changes.
